About Jews, Arabs and Israel
1. Israel became a state circa 1030 B.C., more than two millennia before Islam.
2. Arabs from Israel first began to be called "Palestinians" in 1967 by Yasser Arafat and other Arab leaders, two decades after modern Israeli statehood.
3. After conquering the land in about 1250 B.C., Jews ruled it for more than 1,300 years and have maintained a continuous presence there for 3,300 years.
4. For over 3,000 years, Jerusalem was the Jewish capital. It was never the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. Even under Jordanian rule, (East) Jerusalem was not made the capital, and no Arab leader came to visit it.
5. Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times in the Bible, but not once is it mentioned in the Qur'an.
6. King David founded Jerusalem; Mohammed never set foot in it.
7. Jews pray facing Jerusalem; Muslims face Mecca. If they are between the two cities, Muslims pray facing Mecca, with their backs to Jerusalem.
8. In 1948, Arab leaders urged their people to leave, promising to cleanse the land of Jewish presence - some 70% of them fled without ever being ordered by Israel to leave, most of those without ever having seen an Israeli soldier.
9. Virtually the entire Jewish population of Muslim countries had to flee as the result of violence and pogroms.
10. Some 650,000 Arabs left Israel in 1948, while about 850,000 Jews were forced to leave Muslim countries.
11. In spite of the vast territories at their disposal, Arab refugees from Palestine were deliberately prevented from assimilating into their host countries. Of 100 million refugees following World War II, they are the only group to have never integrated with their coreligionists. Most of the Jewish refugees from Europe and Arab lands were settled in Israel, a country no larger than New Jersey.
12. There are 22 Arab countries (with 800 times the land mass of Israel), not counting the Palestinian territories. There is only one Jewish state. Arabs started all five wars against Israel, and lost every one of them.
13. The Fatah and Hamas constitutions still call for the destruction of Israel. Israel has agreed under several proposals to cede most of the West Bank and all of Gaza to the Palestinian Authority, and even supported the arming of its police force after the Oslo Accords in 1993.
14. During the Jordanian occupation, Jewish holy sites were vandalized and were off limits to Jews. Under Israeli rule, all Muslim and Christian holy sites are accessible to all faiths and maintained in good order at Israel's expense.
15. Out of 175 United Nations Security Council resolutions up to 1990, 97 were against Israel; out of 690 General Assembly resolutions, 429 were against Israel;
16. The U.N. was silent when the Jordanians destroyed 58 synagogues in the old city of Jerusalem. It remained silent while Jordan systematically desecrated the ancient Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives, and it remained silent when Jordan enforced apartheid laws preventing Jews from accessing the Temple Mount and Western Wall (Kotel).

The United Nations to hold a “World Congress” in 2012
In another move towards “world government” or a “New world Order” the United Nation’s environmental arm, The “United Nations Environmental Program” (UNEP) will hold a “World Congress”. The “World Congress” will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 1 to 3 June 2012. The congress will be called the “World Congress on Justice, Governance and Law for Environmental Sustainability”.

The term “sustainable development” means any activity that has economic impact, and is equitable, and has no negative environmental impact. All three elements are required to qualify as “sustainable development.” ...

I Just Don’t Have Enough Faith To Be a Scientist
Real science, properly done, has been, and will continue to be, a real boon and blessing to humanity. But when scientists allow themselves to become mere propagandists for some trendy activist agenda, then we need to be very worried indeed. And the history of science tells us that this happens far too often.
Instead of sticking with hard, cold data and facts, scientists can just as likely fall prey to ideology, agendas, bias, peer pressure, financial interests, cravings for fame, popularity and status, and so on. And scientists can be just as gullible as anyone else.
That scientists are mere humans, and are therefore just as susceptible to fraud, deceit, ego, bias, and publicity-seeking as anyone else, should be not hard to comprehend. Simply putting on a white lab coat does not transform ordinary human beings into totally incorruptible, completely neutral, fully objective, and totally rational super-beings....

BREAKING NEWS - Bloomberg Tells Those Less Fortunate To Die of Heat Stroke; Donates $50 Million to Stop 50% of US electricity. AJC (7/20/11) reports: The Sierra Club is getting a $50 million boost to fight new coal-fired power plants with a grant from New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg...Some of that money will funnel to Georgia where the Sierra Club is lobbying against proposed coal plants in Washington and Early counties...Bloomberg said he will donate $50 million over the next four years to the Sierra Club’s “Beyond Coal” campaign, the grassroots organization’s efforts to close older coal plants and prevent new ones from being built....The announcement will be made at 10:30 a.m. Thursday by the 514 megawatt Potomac River Generating Station in Alexandria, Va., said Mary Anne Hitt, director of Sierra Club’s Beyond Coal campaign...“We’ll have more public muscle,” Hitt said...The money will be used to double the Sierra Club’s 100-person staff dedicated to stopping coal-fired energy from being used in the United States, Hitt said. The organization also will target closing older coal plants in 45 states...Money will be spent to lobby state utility commissions, local zoning boards and other state and local officials in areas where coal plants are on the books, Hitt said...In Georgia, Hitt said the Sierra Club’s focus is preventing the proposed Plant Washington in Sandersville and the Longleaf Energy Plant in Early County from being built. LS Power wants to build the Longleaf plant. Plant Washington is a project of a consortium known as Power4Georgians...The Sierra Club also will target closing older coal units such as Georgia Power’s Plant Branch. The program appears to be a well organized attempt to mold the child into becoming a good global citizen, impressing upon them that they are a part of the greater global community, or collective. The primary focus of an IB education is on the environment, sustainability, economic justice and sharing our humanity.
A call to the local school district to inquire about the IB programme directs you to another regional number. When asked about the curriculum for IB, the school board states that they do not have any of that information. They do not oversee the program nor do they have any knowledge of what our children are being taught in IB!
